One-to-One Sessions
Using some of the most powerful evidence-based therapies, mindset changing techniques, embodiment work, and wisdom from some of the worlds greatest inspirational teachings, Kirsty and Jon Macdonald have created a deeply transformational way of helping their clients move towards being the best version of themselves and in doing so many have found this to be life-changing.
In our one-to-one sessions you will have a chance to explore where you're at and what the next level of impact you want is. Whether it's in gaining freedom from something in particular that is holding you back or creating an inspiring way of impacting your business or the world - this is a chance for you to go deep into an area that could be truly transformational for your life and how you experience it.
The first step is to book an initial free 30 minute call and following this, we may decide to have a one-off 90 minute session, or a longer coaching package.

The fee for a one-off 90 minute session is £250 and our coaching packages start at £5,000 and range up to £100,000.

Subsided low-cost sessions and pay-it-forward sessions are available for those on low incomes or unwaged. To apply for one of these please submit your enquiry here for consideration.

Packages
We hold a limited amount of spaces for 3-month and 6-month one-to-one guidance packages that those who would like to go deeper progress on to from the stand-alone session, and from group workshops.
These can be online, in-person, or a mixture of both. They are tailored to exactly where you are in your life right now and what challenges you are facing emotionally, spiritually or practically that all can be an opening into a deeper connection with life.
Typically Kirsty and Jon teach online or from London, England, from Edinburgh, Scotland and from Ojai, California. If you wish to host a speaking event or workshop where you are in the world please contact on the email below to enquire on the possibilities.
