We all need space and time to feel and know who we are. But so many of us find it difficult to find the physical spaces that allow for that and the teachers we resonate with. Every other week, or Thursday evenings we create just that space for you to explore, pause and connect to a deeper sense of joy, presence and freedom than perhaps you experience in your everyday world.

Jon and Kirsty Macdonald start by leading a guided meditation, followed by a teaching aligned to the AlwaysChoose approach and a Q&A from the participants.  Whether you are an experienced meditator and practitioner who wants to learn to go deeper or are completely new to the practice, there is something for everyone.
